Description:

Large blood cell, round or oval in shape. Its diameter increases after numerous replications of chromosomes, but without cytoplasm division.

Size:

20-80 µm.

Cytoplasm:

Lumpy, basophilic, with azurophilic granules.

Nucleus:

Sliced, chromatin is dense and condensed.
