Cytoplasm:

Poorly developed.

Nucleus:

Large indented follicle center cells having a middle-size to large, with fine dispersed chromatin. Small indented follicle center cells have irregular angular nucleus with indentations and dense chromatin. They are larger than lymphocytes, and can be easily confused.

Nucleoli:

Large indented follicle center cells have poorly visible nucleoli.
