14-20 µm

Cytoplasm:

Bright blue and may contain either few or many fine azurophilic peroxidase negative granules.

Nucleus:

Large, indented or notched, irregular in form, and shows some protuberances in the cytoplasm.

Nucleoli:

Clearly visible.
