Description:

Round cell.

Size:

25-35 µm.

Cytoplasm:

Dark basophilic, no granules.

Nucleus:

Round or oval. It is in a central or slightly eccentric position. It possesses extremely fine, close-mesh chromatin network, the radial arrangement is clearly evident, even at this stage.

Nucleoli

Generally it has 1- 4 nucleoli, which often overlap. Their outlines are visible through the overlying of chromatin.
