Description: Large cells exibit a range of appearances, from immunoblastic or plasmablastic cells to cells with more anaplastic morphology. Nuclei are large, round to more irregular in shape, with prominent nucleoli. The cytoplasm is very abundant and deeply basophilic with the presence of vacuoles in occasional cells.
